A wood art is all around us, and wood arts is one the most popular types of arts that exist today. Wood arts can be made of several types of woods, such as, chestnut, American walnut, mahogany, maple and many more to vast to list.

Woodcrafts have been around for hundreds of years, and have existed throughout the history of mankind. Woodcrafts are ornaments or useful items made entirely of wood, such as tea cups, wooden bowls, wooden boxes, wooden toys and wooden ornamental pieces. Woodcrafts have also been a great source of income for some people who sell woodcrafts items to earn a living. Woodcrafts can often have some sentimental value to a person, especially if they make that wooden structure themselves.

A wood carving involves a wooden piece being carved into a sculpture or any wooden object for practical use or just for aesthetic purposes.
